Good day today at Disneyland after the first few hours. Nick had quite a few meltdowns about him needing to shop ever 30 min (literally). He would have spent all of his money if I didnt threaten to leave. All the rides he did make it on between each tantrum he LOVED. He had his arms up the whole way on Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. We have some great pictures and I will try and upload tomorrow. After waking up at 3 and then driving and DL all day I am exhausted. Someone call me in the AM to make sure I am awake for our character breakfast.

Another good thing is that we never had to wait more than 5-10 min in any line (even Radiator Springs Racers)

My fitBit says I only had 2 hours total of VERY active minutes. I feel like I ran 3 marathons today. Over 22,000 steps. So close to 10 miles and 3700 calories burned. And this was our very SLOW day. Tomorrow will be twice as busy. I hope I survive.

Disney message boards are so helpful

If there is any advice I can give before going to Disneyland is to follow all the wonderful disney message boards. I am so thankful I was reading them last night. I had a 2 hour warning that a rumored price increase was happening with no warning. The rumor was that the premium pass was going to increase $80! Crazy. I wasn't talking any chances and bought my pass right then instead of next week like I was planning. I saved $50 (price didn't end up increasing $80 like rumored).

Glad that is all out of the way. 13 days left!

Nick's shirt finally came in the mail. It took a lot longer than I expected so I am glad I ordered it early.

I am making Nick a Pre Disneyland basket and will give it to him a few days before we leave to get him excited. It will have all of his invites, shirts, coupon book and fake money that he can then exchange for real money when he wants to get something. It will have his Birthday Mickey ears and personalized autograph book too.

We are going to give these to Cast Members that are helpful and make Nicks Birthday special
